Manually-actuated multiple-way valves.-In a. valve for 'delivering water heated by admixture of steam or hot-water, the water inlet valve 14 has on. the stem 15 a conical or inclined surface 152, adapted to raise, after the opening of the valve 14, the valve 20 for the inlet of steam or hot water, and also a port 144 shown as a grooved boss for guiding the valve 14 while allowing the passage of water. The stem 15 may further be provided with an extension 141 which will partially obstruct the opening 102 when the valve is fully opened to restrict the inlet of cold water and' thus to raise the delivery temperature.
