Abstract

A bed warmer, to be placed between the bed covers, has an air inlet pipe 10 to which can be connected a supply of hot air. The inlet pipe is connected to a dispersal body 11, which is vented for the dispersal of the air. The device can be used with a purpose made hot air supply or with conventional hairdryers. When used with hairdryers the dispersal body is also vented by a back pressure outlet pipe 12. This pipe is optional when the bed warmer is used with a purpose made hot air supply. The pipes may be of rigid or telescopic construction. <IMAGE>

Description

A BED WARMING APPARATUS This invention relates to a bed warmer.
Many types of bed warriors have been used thoughout tlie centuries.
nost have been made redundant by tiie hot water bottle and the electric blanket. The hot water bottle is rendy for use in min- utes, but does not warm all the bod. The electric blanket warms all the bed, but it takes tine. This invention allows you to warm all the bed in seconds, then it is immediately removed from the bed, so that it can be used on more tlian one bed in n short space of time.
A bed warming apparatus comprising of any desirable combination, or part combination of the following components. Constructed of any suitable materials. A cold or hot air inlet pipe in rigid or telescopic form. With the means to connect various hairdryers or a purpose made hot air power supply. Tic forementioned inlet pipe is connected to a dispersal body. The dispersal body hns sufficient outlet vents to disperse the air flow supplied. A rigid or telescopic bacle pressure outlet pipe is adjoining tlie dispersal body and the inlet pipe.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now , be described by way of example. With refereiice to tlle accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 shows the bed warming apparatus constructed in a desirable form for use with conventional hairdryers, with hairdryer attached.
Figure 2 shows the bed warming apparatus constructed in a desirable form for n purpose nade power supply to be incorporated.
Figure 3 shows the bed warming apparatus in perspective.
Referring to the draiqings a bed warming apparatus comprises of a cold or hot air inlet pipe 10, connected to the dispersal body 11, a bacle pressure outlet pipe 12, adjoining the dispersal body 11, and the inlet pipe 10. A multifit connector 13, is attached to the inlet pipe 10.
In order to use the bed warming apparatus ensure that hot air power supply is ill place and switched on. lace dispersal body 11 between bed covers and manoeuvre around the bed for approximately 30 - 40 seconds. Taking care not to obstruct the power source inlet or the hack pressure outlet xent. Switched off and remove from between the bed covers.
