Abstract

This invention relates to a disposable spoon with condiment and in particular to one including a non-toxic and heat-resistant tubular member which is sealed at the top and has a bowl end extending from the lower end and designed to be filled with condiment and a soluble and edible sealer at the lower end, whereby the tubular member may be placed into a drink and then stirred with the bowl end. <IMAGE>

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to-a disposable spoon with condiment.
It is found that the condiment is conventionally received in a container so that it is necessary to take it up by means of a spoon thereby causing much inconvenience and rendering it difficult to keep the condiment sanitary.
Hence, it is proposed to load the condiment in a small paper bag and so it is unnecessary to spoon up the condiment from a container. However, it is still necessary to use a separate spoon to stir the condiment into the drink. In other words, the spoon and condiment must be prepared separately and furthermore the spoon has to be washed after use thus causing much troubles.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a disposable spoon with condiment which may obviate and mitigate the above-mentioned drawbacks.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a disposable spoon with condiment.
It is the primary object of the present invention to provide a disposable spoon with condiment which may add condiment such as sugar, juice power, Coffeemate with sugar, Coffeemate with coffee power, Coffemate with sugar and coffee power ... etc. into a drink at the same time as stirring.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a disposable spoon with condiment which includes a tubular member sealed at the top and having a bowl end at the lower portion.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a disposable spoon with condiment which has a removable top end so that the quantity of condiment added into the drink may be controlled as desired.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a disposable spoon with condiment which is economic to produce.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a disposable spoon with condiment which is fit for mass production.
Other objects and merits and a fuller understanding of the present invention will be obtained by those having ordinary skill in the art when the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment is read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a dispdsable spoon with condiment according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is another perspective view of the disposable spoon with condiment; FIG. 3 shows the way to pack the disposable spoon with condiment; FIG. 4 is a working view of the present invention; FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a disposable spoon with condiment according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a disposable spoon with condiment according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 7 is a working view of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 8 is a working view of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT With reference to the drawings and in particular to FIG. 1 thereof, the disposable spoon with condiment according to the present invention mainly comprises a tubular member 10 which is sealed at the top 11 and a bowl end 12 extending from the lower end. The tubular member 10 is made of non-toxic and heat-resistant material so as to meet the safety and sanitary requirements for stirring hot drinks.
Referring to FIG. 2, a condiment 20 such as sugar, juice power, Coffemate, Coffemate with sugar, Coffemate with coffee power, Coffemate with sugar and coffee power .......etc. etc. is first loaded into the tubular member 10 which has a sealer 30 at the lower end for keeping the condiment from leaking outside. Further, the sealer 30 is made of a soluble and edible substance such as glutinous rice film,, solid syrup, edible paste ...etc.
The tubular member 10 is then enclosed in a paper bag 40 or the like, as shown in FIG. 3.
FIG. 4 shows a working view of the present invention. As illustrated, when in use, simply tear off the paper bag 40 and then put the disposable spoon with condiment into the drink. In the meantime, the soluble and edible sealer 30 is solved thereby enabling the condiment 20 to slide into the drink from the bowl end 12. Then, stir the diHpsJHat)le spoon into the drink so as to mix the condiment with the drink. After use, the disposble spoon may be disposed thus obviating the trouble of washing and stowing.
FIG. 5 illustrates a second preferred embodiment of the preset invention, wherein the top 11 is provided with a notch 111 for tearing and the sealer 30 may be made of the same material as the tubular member 10 so that one may tear off the top 11 of the tubular member 10 and pour the condiment into the drink in a desired quantity and then stir condiment into the drink with the bowl end 12.
FIG. 6 shows a third preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which the top of the tubular member 10 is closed with a cap 13 so that one may remove the cap 13 and pour the condiment into the drink in a desired quantiy and then stir condiment into the drink with the bowl end 12.
From the foregoing it will be observed that numerous variations and modifications may be effected without departing from the true spirit and scope of the novel concept of the present invention. It will be understood that no limitations with respect to Lhe specific article illustrated herein is intended or should be inferred. It is, of course, intended to cover by the appended claims all such modificatIos as fall within the scope of the claims.
