217,131. Chloride Electrical Storage Co., Ltd., (Electric Storage Battery Co.). Nov. 21, 1923. Cells.-Storage battery containers are provided with handles which are sprung or pressed into position on the container without the use of bolts &c. Each handle consists of a cross-bar b having two end-pieces c terminating in a depending portion o formed with hooks e at the lower end which engage in a recess i in the container. An upper hook portion d engages the rim of the container. A hole g and a gap f are provided as shown to allow for the passage of a bar k and bolts l to clamp the container to a support.
