Insulated holders.-A holder for flat-irons orother heated articles, comprises two hollow semicylindrical cases d of sheet steel filled with compressed asbestos flock, and hinged together at b. The ends are closed by plates f which may be fixed on by small screws e entering the asbestos filling. A spring catch c holds the casing closed when applied to a handle.
