Rim flanges, tools for removing and replacing. -A divisible rim has a removable flanged ring 6 assembled &c. by circumferential movement which is effected by a tool comprising a strap 13 having hooks 14 to clip over the flange 8 of the ring 6, one end of the strap being connected by a shoe 15 and the other end to an operating-lever pivoted to the shoe.
