S p r i n g wheels. - Closely arranged double-S springs 12 are bolted &c. to an outer rim 3 and the wheel rim 1 and enclosed by telescoping flanges 6, 8 secured to the rims. The flangeplates 8 are shown secured to tongues 9 struck-up from the rim 1. A rubber &c. tread 5 is fitted to the rim 3.
