Abstract
202,947. Calcagno, R. Aug. 28, 1922, [Convention date]. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Tripod stands.-A folding seat comprises a support, Fig. 4, and a detachable seat member, Fig. 9, the latter being in the form of a deformable polygon of jointed rods adapted to be closed up to lie along two adjacent lines as shown in Fig. 7. The seat member is shown as consisting of six hinged rods 14 connected by stays 16, 16<1>, 17, 17<1> and a diametral bar 21, while the support may consist of three legs 5 connected by rods 7 pivoted at 6 and also to sliding sleeves 8, together with pivoted rods 10 connected together at 11.
