Abstract
A roof or wall component incorporating heat exchanger means comprises two parallel plates (27, 29) forming an intermediate cavity filled with a force transmitting thermal insulating mass (28) of hard polyurethane foam or balsa wood. The thermal insulating mass is securely connected to the plates, one or each of which is connected to pipes, or to hollow compartments functioning as pipes. Coupling pipes (30) are provided for connecting the pipes or hollow compartments of one component to those of another component, or to a heat exchange circuit. <IMAGE>
