Ear instruments.-A protector for the ears and neck consists of elastic material a, such as woven or knitted wool, shaped as shown and held in place by cross-straps b, Fig. 1, of elastic or braid. The straps b may be replaced by a band c, Fig. 4, of braid &c. fitting closely to the head or adjusted thereto by means of a draw-tape.
