Abstract
19,762. Moore, H. le G. Sept. 12, 1913, [Convention date]. Fittings, internal.-A tray for holding eggs in separate cells is formed from a pair of blanks 10, 11 cut and scored as indicated in Figs. 1 and 2, the prepared blanks when set up by folding along the dotted lines assuming the appearance shown in Figs. 3 and 4. To form the tray, the blank 10 is placed underneath and with its folds arranged at right-angles to the other one, which is then forced down so that the parts between the tongues 13 fit into the slots 8 of the lower blank, the top edges of the folds of the two parts coming flush with each other at the conclusion of the operation. The structures so formed may be packed in pairs, i.e. one inverted and placed on the top of the other, in a box for transport.
