Spring wheels with continuous outer rigid ring and rubber-ring and like cushions.-In a wheel of the kind in which two spaced ring-plates on the outer member are guided upon a hub-disk, such as 19, and supported by two rubber disks, such as 21, the rubber tyre 11 is seated upon stamped shoulders 14 on the plates and formed with an internal rib 12 spacing the plates. Outside or cover-plates 22 and the other members are bolted together through the rib. Dust cover-plates 25, 26, fixed to the hub, bear against the plates 22.
