Vehicle windows.-Relates to means for actuating movable pressure frames for sliding vehicle windows as described in Specification 14,946/12. The movable frame 2 is fitted with slotted brackets 59, in which work eccentric pins 30<a>, carried by the ends of a shaft 30, mounted in brackets 57 on the garnish rail. The frame 2 is pressed against the window pane 1 by turning the handle 29 into the position indicated by dotted lines in Fig. 1. In a modification, the ends of a shaft, eccentrically mounted in the brackets 57, engage the slotted brackets 59. In a further modification, the movable frame 2 is pressed against the window pane by a plate spring, and is released therefrom by eccentrics mounted on the shaft 30 and bearing against the lower end of the frame 2.
