Cigar cutters.-A combined cigar-cutter and fastener for a cigar-receptacle comprises a cutting-lever b which is attached to a supporting plate a by means of a stud d working in a slot e of the lever, and is provided with a lug k for engaging with the lid of the receptacle. A pin g on the plate engages a segmental slot h, and the lever may be locked with the lid in the closed position by engaging the pin g with a recess i formed in the slot. The plate a is secured to the front wall of the receptacle by lugs m, n and sharp tongues, and is provided with a frame q in which advertisements or the like may be removably fixed.
