Abstract
8429. Optische Anstalt C. P. Goerz Akt.-Ges. Nov. 28, 1907, [date applied for under Section 91 of Patents &c. Act, 1907]. Telescopes &c.-In prismatic binoculars &c., the prisms 1, 2 are adjusted laterally on bridge-supports 3 by means of adjusting - members 6, 10, moving substantially parallel to the optic axis and acting on wedge-pieces 5, 11, which may be curved or recessed and act on inclined surfaces of the prisms. As shown in Fig. 1, the screws 6 work through the same holes as the screws 8 which fix the covers 9.
