Lantern screens.- Screens E of rectangular channel section are secured to a sleeve D which is pivotally mounted on a cross-bar B on the vehicle, and are arranged so that they can be turned from down in front of the lamps A to cut off the upward rays of light. The under sides of the screens may be polished or formed as mirrors.
