Wheels with non-supporting casings enclosing spokes.-The spoke-enclosing discs D are provided at their inner and outer edges with strips d, d<1> of rubber or other resilient material to form a water-tight joint at the hub and rim and impart resiliency to the discs. A tyre-inflating tube e passes through the outer disc and is closed by a detachable cap e<1>.
