Abstract

1522623 Endless scraper conveyer GULLICK DOBSON Ltd 28 Oct 1975 [17 July 1975] 29998/75 Heading B8A A mine working mineral conveyer comprises flexibly jointed trough sections 9 suspended above the floor by rollers 26 engaging a monorail 15 adjustably held on roof bolts. The material is conveyed by flights 21a extending vertically between drive chains 22 which engage the material along the side walls of the trough 9. The trough bottom is convex at 20 to direct the material towards the flights while in a modified conveyer where conveyer flights are only provided on one side of the trough 9 its bottom slopes towards that side.
