Abstract

1508214 Gripping tools S M A BACH 17 March 1976 [1 May 1975] 18229/75 Heading B4W A tool for use in inserting or removing electrical connectors has a hollow head 11 having a pair of diametrally opposed slots 14 to enable the head to resiliently grip the connectors, one of the slots being of sufficient width to allow the passage of an electric cable. The gripping action may be augmented by a circlip 15 or constricting spiral spring.
