1505297 Culinary mixers SALTER HOUSEWARES Ltd 16 Dec 1976 [16 Dec 1975] 51378/75 Heading B1C A manually operated domestic mixer has a lid 2 with an upstanding rim 14 or feet defining a recess 12 which accommodates the crank handle 22, so that the lid or entire mixer when inverted is stable on a flat surface The crank handle rotates a disc 21 which carries three detachable whisks 3, which are thereby caused to orbit about the axis of the bowl 1 while being also rotated about their own axes by engagement of pinions 48 in a stationary internal ring gear 50 forming part of the lid.
