1500148 Spreading grass J VAN DER VLIERT 10 April 1975 [10 April 1974] 14772/75 Heading A1F A device for loosening and spreading cut grass to be ensiled comprises a rotor mounted on a vertical axis and including a peripheral support member in the form of a cylindrical ring 18 on which are fixed a plurality of pins 21 each extending downwardly and outwardly therefrom, the rotor also including a plurality of further pins 19, 20 fixed thereto which extend downwardly and are spaced radially inwardly of the support member. The rotor is driven via a shaft 15 from a tractor.
