Abstract

1494422 Hydrants WATERLEIDING- MAATSCHAPPIJ NV 28 Feb 1975 [5 March 1974] 8611/75 Heading FIX In a hydrant the valve 34 is mounted for relative movement to the valve actuating rod 21 and is biased towards the valve slot. As shown the valve 34 is secured to an auxiliary valve rod 33 which is guided for relative movement in the rod 21 and biased by a spring 40. A drain port 31 is closed by a seal 32 when the valve actuating rod 21 is raised.
