Abstract
1489749 Boxes ASHTON CONTAINERS Ltd 18 Aug 1975 [2 Oct 1974] 42854/74 Heading B8P A partitioned box folded from a blank, e.g. of corrugated fibreboard, comprises two pairs of opposed walls 11-14 hinged to a base 10 and interlocking slotted partitions formed by hinged extensions 16-18, 21-23 of three of the walls 11-13, a fourth wall 14 having an extension 25 defining a lid. In forming the box, the walls 11- 12 are folded upwardly and the extensions 16- 18 inwardly, Fig. 2, whereupon the extensions 21-23, folded to a generally U-shaped configuration, may be engaged over the extensions 17, the extensions 18 passing through slots 24. The wall 14 is then folded upwardly and the lid 25 inwardly, a tuck-in flap 26 being insertable between the front of the box and dust flaps 15.
