Abstract

1483943 Scraper conveyers MAYWICK (HANNINGFIELD) Ltd 3 Dec 1975 [11 Dec 1974] 53609/74 Heading B8A Flights 14 mounted on alternate links of a conveyer chain, are made of plastics material such as acetal resin. They may be secured to the chain links by screws or rivets 24, or by spring clips, adhesives (Figs. 6 and 7, not shown) or self locking devices. Each link may have its side 21A which incorporates a welded joint 22 more greatly offset from the chain axis 23, than the other side 20. The conveyer chain may convey poultry feed through a trough (16) (Fig. 1, not shown) to an output shoot (17).
