1479591 Rust removing composition A ENGLISH 1 July 1974 [31 March 1973] 15591/73 Heading C5D Rust is removed from a ferrous workpiece by applying thereto a composition comprising water, lanolin, an emulsifier, a detergent, an acid which dissolves rust and a hydrogen embrittlement inhibitor and thereafter washing the composition from the workpiece. The composition may be in the form of a gel. The acid is preferably phosphoric acid.
