Abstract
1462353 Disposable cameras A E WRATE 16 Jan 1974 [22 Dec 1972] 59417/72 Heading G2A A camera is such that the film-containing cassette forms part of the housing, which is sealed so that the film can be extracted only by breaking the seal. As shown, the cassette section 10 is sealed to the remainder of the camera which comprises a bellows section 24 on which is mounted the lens 28 and the shutter. A box-shaped view-finder 30 is bonded to the exterior of the camera. The sections may be of a plastics material, and the housing must be broken open to remove the exposed film for processing. The lens and shutter may be salvaged.
