Abstract

1437735 Die casting machines MAINETTI SpA 1 Feb 1974 [16 Feb 1973] 04719/74 Heading B3F [Also in Division B5] An ejector device for a die casting machine comprises ejector rods 19 mounted on a plate 18 and actuated by a slide 7 connected to articulated rods 8, 9 carrying a roller 10 which engages a stop member 11 during the opening movement of a mould part 2. The stop member 11 is pivoted at 13 so that when the mould is reclosed the member is merely moved out of the way as seen in Fig. 9, the ejector rods remaining in their retracted position under the influence of springs 20. The position of the stop member 11 is adjustable by means of pins inserted in holes 16.
