1413542 Suspended ceiling construction RONDO BUILDING SERVICES PTY Ltd 26 June 1973 30426/73 Heading E1W Suspended ceiling runners 4 are provided with longitudinally spaced horizontal slots in their vertical web, in which slots are slidably arranged short, flat keying members 6 each of which support the corners of four adjacent ceiling tiles 8 by engaging grooves 7 cut in their opposite edges. Tiles 8 may be removed or replaced by sliding the keying members 6 in the grooves 7 by means of a thin bladed tool inserted between adjacent tiles. The keys 6 may be of metal or plastics and the runners 4 may have a T-shaped cross-section.
