Abstract

1393950 Mixing apparatus NIHON SENSHOKU KIKAI KK 19 June 1972 28655/72 Heading B1C A mixing apparatus has a stirrer 5 vertically reciprocated by cranks 10 and rotated by bevel gears 15, 17. The crank stroke may be adjustable by means not described and the bevel gears are exchangeable to alter the gear ratio; if the latter be not an integer the stirrer will not return to its original position until after a number of rotations equal to the least common multiple of the numbers of gear teeth.
