Abstract

1389000 Packages; Container closures LUDWIG ZACH VERPACKUNGEN 5 Nov 1973 [24 Nov 1972] 51308/73 Headings B8P and B8T A container for foods such as cheese has a moulded plastics base 1 defining an inner tray with walls 2, and an outer wall 4 with a peripheral groove 5 to receive bead 7 of a cardboard lid 6 with side walls 8, the inner tray being closed by a plastics cover 9 engaging a recess beneath rim 3. Portion 11 of wall 4 may be corrugated and lid 6 may receive printed matter. The containers may be nested for stacking. Reference is made to the side of infringing claims of Specification 1,298,792.
