Abstract

138,783. Crabb, S. J. May 5, 1919. Splints of the kind consisting of two members such as a connected by an adjustable pivot so that they can be set at any angle to one another, are provided with means for locking the joint in any desired position. The joint comprises superposed disks clamped by a nut e and locked positively against displacement when clamped, by a projection h on one disk entering one of a series of holes g in the other disk.
