Abstract

138,578. Puech, J. Oct. 30, 1919. Tyres, non-elastic.-Tread grips for wheels of motor-vehicles consist of Z-shaped members, arranged in proximity to each other, and disposed with the intermediate part inclined across the tread, and the end parts 6, 7 circumferential and oppositely directed. The intermediate part of the grip is formed with two sides meeting on a relatively sharp edge 1, and the end parts 6, 7 are solid. The grip members are riveted to a rim formed in two parts detachably secured to the felloe by bolts, the ends of the parts being bevelled and secured together.
