Bodies; cabs and carriages. - In a body for a motor-car having a rear part b narrower than the front part a, each side of the body is covered by a single metal sheet c secured to the rear part, extending across, but not into, the angle a<2> between the two parts, and fastened to the curved front part a. The top of the rear part is closed by two hinged flaps d, e and a curved metal sheet f extending forwardly from the hinges' e' of the front flap e, the rear flap d being curved downwardly at d<1> and hinged to the body at d<2>. The flap d forms the back of a dicky seat.
