138,040. Fellmann, F. Aug. 28, 1919. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Tools; tool-holders.-A tool 2 for cutting annular shaped grooves is of arc-shaped section and is adjusted about its leading edge as pivot for cutting on the inside or outside. The leading edge of the tool engages a shelf 5 on the tool-holder, and the other edge is engaged by a recess 4 in a clamping-plate 3 which is adjustable by bolt and slot on the tool-holder.
