1373550 Bed-settees ETABS METAYER ET CIE 14 Dec 1971 [15 Dec 1970] 57903/71 Heading A4J In a bed-settee of the type in which a folded, multi-section mattress frame is lowered into a compartment to form a settee seat, mattress frame sections 7, 32 are locked in parallel horizontal spaced relationship with mattress frame section 29 vertical when in the settee position by pivotally connecting one end of a control plate 25 to the vertical section 29, connecting the control plate to. frame section 7 through a pin and slot connection and connecting the control plate through a pivoted link to a support leg 37 pivotally connected to the section 32. A link 34 is pivotally connected to the mattress frame section 32 and has a pin 35 engaged in an inclined slot 36 in section 29. The head section may be one section or two pivotally interconnected sections.
