Abstract

1365400 Delivering sheets XEROX CORP 23 May 1972 [24 May 1971] 24131/72 Heading B8R The individual sheet receiving trays of the document sorting machine described in Specification 1,365,399 (Heading B8R) comprise a swingable member 267 which is arranged to be struck by the leading edge of a sheet entering a tray and to swing back under gravity after the impact to strike the trailing edge of the sheet thus urging it towards the wall of the tray. A pressure roller 257 mounted on a pivoted frame 253 may also be provided.
