Abstract

1363688 Boring earth B G PARKER 17 Dec 1971 58863/71 Heading E1F A drill string stabilizer has a substantially triangular section, flats 18 bounding flow passages 16 for mud. The ribs 14 between flats have tungsten carbide mesh facing pieces 22. The ends 10, 12 are provided with the usual pin and box connections. As shown the body of the member is of integral construction, although straight rib sections could be affixed to a tubular blank. (For Figures see next page)
