Abstract

1340253 Collapsible containers NEFAB PLYWOODEMBALLAGE AB 19 Jan 1971 [19 Jan 1970 20 March 1970] 2525/71 Heading B8P The base and lid of a collapsible container are connected to the side walls by means of cooperating male members 2 and female members 1. The female members 1 are formed by recesses in a band 5 attached to the lid at base. The male members 2 comprise tongues which are passed through and bent back over a part of the female members 1. Alternatively a pin may be passed through a hole in the projecting end of the male member. The male members 2 may also be formed on a band. Pointed tabs 9 secure the band to the lid or base. The pointed ends of tabs 9 may project through the material of the lid or base and be turned inwardly. The lid and base may be separate members (as shown) or may be hinged to the side walls of the container.
