Abstract

1335193 Thread guide G PREISSER 15 Oct 1970 [15 Oct 1969] 49010/70 Heading DID A thread guide comprises two pairs of thread guiding portions 21, 22 and 26, 28 arranged in planes above one another. The two portions of one pair are parallel to each other and extend at across, e.g. at right angles to at least one portion of the other pair, the two pairs of portions defining a substantially straight thread path. One of the thread guiding portions of one pair can be curved, Fig. 4 not shown. The guide can be formed from a single piece of bent wire, or from a combination of wire and moulded plastic.
