Abstract

Endless-track vehicles.-The chassis is spring- supported at each side on carriages fitted with rollers riding on the tracks, one or more of the carriages being independently supported and bearing on the tracks at points between the bearing points of the others. The chassis a is supported by springs b, b<1> on pivoted carriages c, c' fitted with 'spring-supported track rollers f, f<1>. Intermediate rollers h are carried on carriages comprising vertical rods i sliding in guideways in the carriages c, c<1> and connected by cross members fitted with rollers j, which bear on springs k. The track may be provided with two rolling ways for the rollers f, f<1>, h which bear in the inner and outer surfaces of the ways respectively.
