Abstract
1288596 Automatic circuit breakers WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC, CORP 8 Oct 1969 [24 Oct 1968 (2)] 14714/72 Divided out of 1288595 Heading H1N The subject matter of this Specification is identical with the main Specification but the claims relate the arrangement for charging the closing springs. The springs are coupled to a shaft 87 which must be rotated through more than 180 degrees to charge the springs; a handle 125 is pivotally mounted for movement through less than 180 degrees and carries a pull member 126 arranged to co-operate with a hook shaped member 107 attached to the shaft. A single stroke of the handle is sufficient to charge the springs.
