Abstract

1284055 Load cells INSINOORITOIMISTO DATEX OY 21 April 1971 [21 April 1970] 10384/71 Heading G1N A load cell comprises two similar discs 9, 10, each with a thickened rim and hollow centre boss, clamped together by bolts 11 through the rims and carrying resistance strain gauges 1-8 on opposite faces, connected into a bridge circuit. A cylindrical member 12 tightly fitted in the aligned bosses, is loaded by weights on an upper plate 13 or by suspending weights at its lower end. The construction automatically compensates for temperature variations.
