Abstract

1,269,491. Motorcycle fairings. P. W. BOTHWELL. 24 June, 1969 [12 April 1 68], No. 56313/67. Headings B7B and B7H. A motorcycle fairing comprises a layer of expanded synthetic resin 17 between two skins 15, 16. The skins are of alloy, fibre glass or plastics and the resin 17 is polyurethane introduced between the skins as a liquid before expanding. The fairing may be made in two oppositely handed parts.
