Abstract

1,265,110. Dozers. GENERAL MOTORS CORP. 12 Nov., 1970 [19 Nov., 1969], No. 53884/70. Heading E1F. A dozer blade 24 may be swung about the longitudinal, vertical and horizontal axes passing through the centre of the ball joint connection 25 between the centre of the blade and the mid-point of a vertically swingable C-shaped frame 22, that is mounted on a tractor 10 to extend about the front thereof, by appropriate manipulation of the two doubleacting piston-cylinder actuators 40, 42 mounted at points 64, 66 on each of the arms 26, 28 of the frame and diverging forwardly to make through universal type pivots 55, 60 connection with the back of the blade.
