Abstract

[Also in Divisions F3-F4] A burner tube is fashioned from a flat highgrade steel plate 10 bent to form a trough and mounted on a base. Burner outlets 12 are formed by punching out holes from the plate 10 before bending, each hole having a rectangular cross-section and four preferably rectangular upstanding flanges 13, the sides of adjacent flanges being spaced by gaps 14.
