1,244,758. Sliding clasp fasteners. ANBA SPORTMODE VORSTEHER K.G. and S. VORSTEHER. 4 Dec., 1968 [14 Dec., 1967], No. 57533/68. Heading E2S. A sliding clasp fastener has top and bottom cover plates (9), 10, Figure 1 (not shown), of a clasp 8 extending outwardly beyond guide channels 14, 15 of the clasp 8, and terminating in apexes 18. Tapes 2 support individual closure elements 1, and are in turn sewn to the edges (3) to be connected, overlapping portions of the edges (3) forcing cover lips (6), (7), Figure 1 (not shown). Alternatively, (not shown), the elements 1 may be formed on continuous coils.
