Abstract

1,227,057. Screening machine. ALLGAIERWERKE G.m.b.H. 19 May, 1969 [18 May, 1968]; No. 25412/69. Heading B2H. A screening machine comprises a screencarrying frame 1 (Fig. 1) prevented from rotation by spring-members 20 and supported on an eccentric pin for wobbling movement oscillating out of the horizontal, in which the axis A' of the pin is movable in a radial direction relative to the axis B' of a driving shaft, and is adjustable in inclination in two directions mutually perpendicular to each other and to the axis B' of the shaft. The pin is mounted on a slide-table 8 (Fig. 3) which is moved radially by a rod 28 and clamped with bolts 17. The pin is secured to a plate 6, the inclination of which can be adjusted in one direction about the ball-joint 7 by varying the tension of a nut 22 acting against springs 21, 33. Inclination in the other direction is effected by two similar nuts (26, 27) (Fig. 4, not shown). Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 960,551.
