A pack of cigarettes comprises an outer container (10) and an inner foil wrapper made in two parts 1, 2, the part 2 being in the form of a cap covering the cigarette ends. The cap 2 may have a flap 6 formed by incision, or a tongue or a loop may be provided by a strip glued to the cap 2.
