Paper cups 6 each provided with dimples 10 are discharged from container 1 secured to a wall, by means of a cup holder (not shown) which is inserted into the container 1 through opening 7 by the operator who then causes the holder to engage with the top cup 6 by means of its dimples 10 and then withdraws the cup by taking the holder upwards along slot 7 and discharging it through cut-out portions 8.
