1,180,944. Barometers. G. PASSONI. Jan. 31, 1967 [Aug. 12, 1966], No.4731/67. Heading G1L. A barometer has a weather scale marked on its front face T and a base plate 14 fixed to its rear wall which plate 14 has rotatably mounted thereon an annular disc 2 which is marked at 4 with an altimeter scale, visible through a window 3, and carries a barometric pressure scale P, the disc 2 and scale P being rotated relative to plate 14 and scale T by a gear 5a. A compensation device is provided to move the pointer L relative to any adjusted position of the barometric scale P.
